ABOUT US
Casey Hyken
Founder

Casey Hyken grew up in St. Louis, where her love for food started in her family’s kitchen and at her grandmother’s Sunday night dinner parties, where every dish was made from scratch. While studying Communications at George Washington University, her interest in the culinary world deepened as she explored the food scene and gained hands-on experience in both front-of-house roles and restaurant marketing. After graduation, Casey moved to New York City, waitressing in the East Village while building her marketing career with chef-driven restaurant groups.
Her journey soon led her to full-time marketing positions with celebrated chefs and hospitality groups, where she led marketing for Chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group and John Fraser’s JF Restaurants. With a vision to share her expertise and passion for hospitality, Casey launched her own Marketing & Communications firm. Known for her authenticity and creative insight, she is committed to elevating the hospitality industry by building meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships.

Ellie Bastani
Art Direction
Ellie is a graphic designer with experience in branding, digital communications, and user experience. She has designed and coordinated experiences, branding kits, 360 marketing campaigns, and digital systems for over 3400 users. At the heart of her design practice, Ellie believes in the art of storytelling and building a strong connection between a brand’s identity and its mission. She has worked for a variety of hospitality groups including Chef Daniel Boulud’s the Dinex Group, John Fraser’s Restaurants, and many more.
